    Not deep enough, high bar, stance may be too narrow (can't really tell because of the angle), loose the silly footwear.

    The music sucks too, but I suppose that is not your fault.

    You're not getting enough depth, so you need to stretch and do some hip mobility work.

    The bar might be a little too high. (edit: I think it's fine actually)

    You seem to be falling forward at the bottom.

    Stance is very narrow.
