    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Spent the last week going back to basics with the hang clean working on turning it into a full clean. Going pretty well, I think in a week I should have the full clean from the floor. Also been doing lots of snatch practice. Again, 2 weeks and It should be done from the floor.

    Ignore all that stuff I said about high bar/narrow stance for loosening hips. That is clearly something only I benefitted from. You are clearly slamming right down to ATG with narrow stance on squat cleans like piss.

    Ill tell you what though, I cant get much more than 2 inches below parallel even high bar squat without that warmup I told you about! But yea, Iv been doin alot of streching and focussing on hammering down into almost bomber squats with the cleans
