Ignore all that stuff I said about high bar/narrow stance for loosening hips. That is clearly something only I benefitted from. You are clearly slamming right down to ATG with narrow stance on squat cleans like piss.
Spent the last week going back to basics with the hang clean working on turning it into a full clean. Going pretty well, I think in a week I should have the full clean from the floor. Also been doing lots of snatch practice. Again, 2 weeks and It should be done from the floor.
