For me it looks ok except the fact that the bar seems to roll forward on the last few reps cause you're losing back tightness. What else do you see wrong?
First post of a lurker...but I'll spare you my personal details for the time being and get to what's more important.
I was finally able to film my squats last night and I was wondering if you could give them a once-over. There's plenty that I see wrong with them, but multiple sets of eyes can't be a bad thing in this case.

1) weight over toes
2) not maintaining back angle on the way up
3) knees moving forward all the way down
4) head up
5) curved bar path
Anyone see something i missed?
