    Default Squats

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I have just started the starting strength program. But when doing squats I seem to fall back wards and because of that cannot get proper depth. Would this be because the weight is light my starting weight is 30kg.

    Maybe. Or your form sucks. Or you're doing high bar. In any case, a video is more helpful in seeing these problems.

    High bar squats won't make you fall over, but mobility might be part of your problem. Cannot say without video. If you don't move very well, check this out:
