Dip Form?
when doing weighted dips are your supposed to wrap your legs around the weight so that you are more vertical, or let the weight pull you into a more slanted decline type position? the reason I ask is in one of bill stars articles on assistance for the press, he talks about dips and says something about wrapping your legs around. I wasn't sure if he thought this was a good idea just to prevent swinging or also to keep one more vertical.

Bill probably says it for the same reason you wrap your legs around the weight in weighted chins/pullups. It makes your midsection more stable via contracted abdominals and the associated intra-abdominal pressure. You get tighter there and it helps by making your body more of a unit with the weight.
