Heres a vid from my 2nd workset today. I know the stance is a little wide, but I have very tight hip felxors from being a past endurance weenie and after reading SS 2nd ed, it seems like a viable cure to get the depth half decent. Currently stretching, foam rolling and doing everything I can to get rid of the issue and get my stance in.
