Squat check please. Sorry the qualifty is a little grainy, camera batteries were dead so I had to use my phone.

So a couple things before you watch the video. I wussed out on the last rep, I'm sorry, it wont happen again. However, the form was pretty terrible on that last rep so let's not talk about it. Also, I'm aware that my stance is fairly wide. I've noticed that my stances on video appears much wider than it feels or appears in the mirror.

My biggest issues in previous vids have been knees moving forward at the bottom and hips rising faster than shoulders creating a GM. I would like to focus on these two elements. Any suggestions or comments welcome. Again I realize my last rep is shit, I would just like to forget about it and re-focus on the next work out.
