    My 4th SS session.

I know my depth sucks, I just can't make it go down any further. Hopefully stretching everyday will improve that.

The camera angle is too high to see what your knees are doing. Try to get your whole body into shot next time.

Practice squatting without the bar as well as stretching to improve depth. http://mobilitywod.blogspot.com/ is also great.

Your elbows aren't symetric. This often leads to tendinitis as the weights get higher, but it's probably flexibility as well.

Yeah sorry about the camera angle....first time recording. My whole left side of my body is less flexible for some reason (probably due to swinging a golf club all my life without any kind of stretching routine). Will work on mobility, thanks guys.

I wish I could eat as much as I have been for pennies a day! I'm eating dont worry lol.

Worked on stretching/mobility work on my off day and will continue to do so from now on. Besides my depth lacking, I was told I need to keep my abs and back tighter. I've been trying to focus on tightening up before each lift but guess I'm not doing enough. Tips, cues appreciated fellas.

Edit: My elbows are still a bit uneven. Def from golf..my whole right side that I load up on is a lot more flexible than my left.
