Awesome! I was doing PCs at 160 last night, and on a whim, decided to lower one rep to my waist, and then to the floor. It didn't quite work out, and as the bar dropped to waist level, I lost my grip on it, since I had released the hook grip to rack it. Being an Oly bar, it was more than happy to rotate quickly, rolling down my fingers, hitting my shins, and rolling the rest of the way to the ground along my shins. I have sweet bruises now, and probably one of the top three dumb things I have done with a barbell in my training carreer.
I think you win it with that gash there; that is gnarls.
Hate it when it bounces back. Haven't had that big of a gash, though.
