    Hello everyone,
since being alerted to the fact that I have really been doing SLDL inadvertently, I dropped my work set by about 10% and am trying to fix my DL form... here is the new (hopefully improved) version. I have tried to drop my hips more, and am using my quads to break the weight off the ground. Hopefully my lower back is not over-arched (or rounding on the last set).
Please feel free to advise and critique my form..
Your collective wisdom and experience are much appreciated!

These looked pretty easy. Good job! My only advice would be to 'finish' the deadlift with more emphasis. Be sure to squeeze those glutes and pull the hips through. Looks good otherwise.

Yes! the "glute squeeze". got to remember that actually...
i guess where i was getting hung up before was not understanding that the deadlift needs the quads to initially "push the floor away" the way Rip talks about inthe book...
this was basically poor reading comprehension on my part, and also not getting to the assistance section and realizing that i had been doing SLDL all along..

Now, I am working on getting the hips lower, while keeping the back tight and arched. Hopefully this reset works for me..i will add 5# each workout and see how it goes...

    Thanks for the input!!
    More advice is welcome!
