    Looks good, reps 4 and 5 especially! I was initially confused when reading your post about 315 "for reps", though. It was a solid set of 315x5 but I interpreted "for reps" as 10+ reps.

    For reps just means not a single, generally implies 5's around here :-)

    I find that my bar speed has nothing to do with my max ability. If I can get the bitch off the floor I shoot it up hard. I can fire up 3 at high speed then fail the fourth rep if it wasn't meant to be.
