    I actually have this problem as well, where being a long skinny guy I have a lot of flexibility with my spine/pelvis, and I can tilt it anterior(ly?) and create a big arch in my low back. During squats, I find it very difficult to tighten my lower back without having this happen. Could you elaborate on what helped you the most to overcome this issue?
