Ok ,so i m getting back to powercleans.

Any glaring form issues you can pinpoint?

Well the donkey kick, is one i think.

Starting position, 2nd pull, receiving position?

its a little more than a 100kg, well the recorded one was the worst of all 3 reps.

Pretty good assessment antony. Extension looked very good and I think your positions are all solid. And yes, you need to stop the donkey kick. Concentrate on jumping your feet out hard and not high.

    Ok Greg, thanks !
Yes that donkey thing has to stop, it's pointless , doesn't make the bar go up. I also think my elbow whip was slow but anyways, i can fix that easily.
Is it my imagination or my hips in the starting position are a little too high and my back a little more horizontal than it should be? Might have sth to do with the plates that are a tiny bit smaller in diameter than the standard olympic bumper plates.

the bar is not over the middle of the foot/inch away from the shins when you start, maybe that would fix your starting position?

    Strong powerclean by the way!

If only I could just rack 220lb a little low like you O_o

Practice jumping straight up with a bar in your hands. Fixing that kick should give you enough power to rack that weight.

Also why do you stay set up for so long?
