It's just a cue that worked well for me; forced me to tighten up my posterior chain when I was thinking more in terms of leg drive than spinal torsion. Actually, form in the second video seemed alright on second look. But I still see the very very lumbar portion rounding. I was thinking this was due to insufficient tightness. Thank you for pointing out my error though
