Squat form check!
Hi everyone, I'm new to weightlifting and just started the program about 3 weeks ago. I bought the book and have been watching a bunch of videos, read articles etc.
I don't really have anyone around to critique my squats, so it's a bit hard learning these on my own. I'm going through the program and adding weight, but my form is really poor I'd be glad to take some weight off and get it right.
For reference, I'm 6' and 167lb if that matters at all.

1) Get your head down
2) Get your elbows up (and keep them there)
3) Get & KEEP your chest up, even at the top.
and finally...
4) GET DRESSED.
Also, if you take out about 1/2" of depth, you'll come out of the hole better. Tighten up as you approach the bottom.
