Here is me squatting 250. I'm about 153lbs. The weight is starting to get really tough and it sort of feels like it's pushing me around rather than me controlling it. So this would be my form at its worst.

Here is my 2nd set filmed from a 45 degree angle: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mw6k_512f-g Can you tell me, is that low bar? I've been having trouble with the bar placement lately, I can't get it comfortable. I've definitely done low bar in the past if this isn't it. Also, squat form?

I'm trying to cut off depth and explode up, I think I'm still hitting depth, it's close and hard for me to tell from that angle. In the next video, it's clear in the last rep I do on at least that rep.

Here is the 3rd set filmed from a side view: You can't see much until the last rep when the camera is lowered: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Th-U...el_video_title I think my knees might be coming in a little, I have to remember to shove them out. The 3rd rep felt really bad.

Does it look like I'm approaching a stall pretty soon? If so, do I drop 30 lbs or so and hopefully blast past this?

    Thanks.

If you lower the bar about 1-2 cm or so, you'll have a nice low bar position.

You are cheating your depth a little towards the end of the set.

250 is about where it should feel heavy at 153, but you sure don't look like you're really struggling.

In the 2nd video, you need to keep making an effort to keep your back in extension on reps 3-5, you got a little lazy with that on those reps.

Don't hang around too long after unracking the bar. Get your feet set, get a couple breaths, and squat.
