    Bar path is off on power cleans. Make sure you bring your knees back so that the bar can go straight up (or slightly backwards) instead of going around your knees.

    Chins. Do not move your head forward/back to get your chin on top of the bar. Aim the bar to your chest instead. For strength training I'd opt for regular (weighted) chins (plus hanging leg raises for abs) instead of L-sit chins.
