    My squat has been increasing steadily now for the past few months. I was hoping to get some advice though in case you guys could see any major form issues on my squat.

    Here is the video of me doing 270lbs for 5 reps.

    i think you should get better pants to wear. Can hardly see anything.

    Break earlier at the knees. And fix the knee slide.

    To summarized, you are losing tightness through your hips/posterior chain in the bottom of your squat and your knees are traveling forward. Your knees should move forward and outward to the final positions during the first 1/3-1/2 of your descent, and they should not move while you are in the hole.

    Your knee slide is not too bad, but it could get worse as your work weight increases. Over time, this will lead to knee and/or hip pain.
