Last two work sets, forgot to shoot the first one. Did warm-ups and two first work sets without shoes, put them on for the last set. Looks better with the shoes on?
Been working on shoving the knees out, has been a help with everything.

This. Also, keep your shoes on for all warmups as well.
Furthermore, I don't think it's a great idea to squat on tiled floor, with or without shoes, as you may not be able to keep your feet gripped properly. Is it possible to get horse stall mat or equivalent in that area?

Also gonna ask if they can get something for the floor, that's actually quite a good point which I wouldn't have figured out myself.
