    Default 225 lb Dead Lift Form Check (first time)

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    First time posting a form check video here. Last week, I lifted 245, but my back was definitely rounded, so I lowered the weight.

    I suppose I am just not sure if my back and hip angles are correct, if my spine is straight enough or if the slight curve is too problematic to progress to a higher weight next time.

    Your back rounded only on your first lift. Concentrate more and squoze more.

    Did you contact any of the Chicago coaches?

    Thanks for the tip. No, I haven't contacted any Chicago coaches yet. I'm not sure I can afford it for another month or so..
