    Back again. Last two working sets from today. Tried to get lower, and initiate more with shifting the hips back/leaning more forward. Still feel like my left foot is planted and my left PC is under tension, but my right just can't... I don't get that same stable, foot cemented, locked in, slingshot feeling in and out of the hole. My right spinal erectors still got that burning sensation afterwards too. Should I still lean forward more? Shove my right knee out more? Adjust my feet? I know it needs work. Thanks in advance.

    Best part of today: the kid I asked to record me told me I should keep my head up and back, instead of looking down. Tried not to laugh. Hopefully that means I'm not a complete failure.

    Better bar position. Back angle looks good. Good tightness it seems.

    That being said, these all look high to me.

    Don't stop/pause at the bottom. Hit it and then drahve up out of the hole.

    Knees are moving for the whole of the rep on most. Shove them out then set them at 1/3 to 1/2 of your descent and keep them there until the same spot on the ascent.

    Feet could maybe be turned out more. Toes out about 30 degrees.

    That kid is a douche.
