    First, Sorry for the camera angle,
    This is my last set of SQUAT 230lbs

    I feel like I am barely using hip drive and just using my quad,

    You are correct that there is no hip drive here. This is because you're not using a correct movement pattern. Have a buddy block your hips in the bottom of an air squat and drive up against it, like the drill in the book. Hopefully that will give you a better idea of the movement pattern.

    To add to what Brodie said...
    Set your knees early, sit back and stay back. Like, reach back with your butt and after you are 1/3 of the way down don't let your knees travel forward any more. At the bottom it should feel like you are reaching wayyy back, then keep your butt back there until you are at the top.
    Try the drill, try the cues and lets see what that looks like.
