    Here are a few things I noticed in both of your videos after playing them both at 0.25 speed on YouTube:

    1) You break at the hips before your knees, and when you finally break your knees, they travel forward throughout the entire descent of your squat;

    2) As a result of your knees sliding forward, it seems your balance shifts around on your feet, your bar path ends up over your toes at the bottom of the squat, and you occasionally have a tendency to push your hips backward, rather than driving them straight up;

    3) On your way up, you appear to twist to the right. It's hard to say for sure in this video, but the barbell and plates look like they're being twisted to the right, and then being reset when you get back to the top;

    4) In your second video, during the last rep of your first set, you hit the pins with the barbell on your right side. I think the reason why you twist to your right is that you're pulling on the barbell with your right hand. Also, if you watch that rep where you hit the pin in slow motion, you'll see that after you hit the bottom of your squat, your hips and knees start to move, but the barbell doesn't. The weight is folding you over while your hips attempt to rise, and you end up lifting your chest to get the weight up.
