Whatched the video. That was helpful, actually didn't realize how much i was supposed to drive with the hips practically just following with the chest. Being used to the Olympic lifts i tend to keep the chest up coming up as in the deadlift part of the clean and the snatch. Ill keep that in mind. Thank you
