    Looks to me that they are right there, throwing it to the peanut gallery for a second opinion. Do fight to stay tight toward the end of the set; you do some odd hip thrusting thing on reps 3, 4, and 5. The last thing you want to do is be wiggling your lumbar with three plates on your back.

    Depth is close, but you're trying to get there by letting your knees punch forward. They never really stop moving.
    Bring your stance in a little and get your knees out harder to get to depth.
    Also, please get some weightlifting shoes and get rid of that hip wiggle at the top as Satch pointed out.

    Depth is better, but you're still getting on your toes and knees sliding forward a bit.
