    Managed 275 - how are these?
    I know I'm still moving the bar, but not to such a degree as before, I think.

    3rd rep was the best in my opinion. Hips stayed where they needed to be. On some reps they shot up.
    Also, you squeezed the bar off the floor best on that rep. Make all your reps look like your third rep.
    Good lumbar extension btw.

    I'll try to make the third rep the standard.
    Thanks - I'm pretty happy with my lumbar extension on this set, considering the fact that I'm doing deficit deadlifts.
