    Only watched the first set. Looked light!

    I recommend you cut your depth off 2~3 inches (crease of the hips just below the knee). You are currently going too deep, and you are loosing tightness in order to achieve this extra depth. Don't go so deep, stay tight in the bottom.

    Thanks, it didn't feel light on the 5th set haha.

    I have had problems cutting off my depth, I will work to improve on this and hopefully drive my Squat #s up.

    525lb at 210lb in a meet, if that matters.
    I just want a general gauge of where my info is coming from. I wouldn't want someone who Squats ~135 and has been squatting for only a couple of months giving me form advice without me knowing that.

    I think you could go to 400 lbs on novice progression within normal BF%, if you ate a bit.
