Nothing mechanically terrible, but I see a general lack of tightness in the bottom of your bench. In the bottom of the bench, you should be as TIGHT AS POSSIBLE! Uncomfortably tight, like your head is going to pop off!!

I recommend getting a bigger breath before starting the rep, and then think about raising the chest to meet the bar half way.

Also, drive through your heals as if you are trying to drive your head in the wall behind you (up the bench). This is "leg drive" in the bench press and it will reinforce your setup, making everything tighter.

Why 2 sets of 2? What's your programming look like? When's your upcoming meet?

365lb TNG at 210lb. Does this make a difference?

    Thank you for the feedback!

    Programming:

    Monday
    Squat 5x5 @ roughly 86-89% of last Friday's triples
    GHR 3x10

    Tuesday
*Pause Bench - 2-3 sets of heavy triples doubles or singles
    **Pause Bench sets of 5
    ***Tng Bench sets of 5
    Dips 3x5
    Incline DB Press 3x10
    Chins 3x5-8
    DB Curl 2x10

*Always get a couple sets of something close to a max
**sets of 5, adding 5lbs every workout until I can't get a single set of 5, then reset roughly ~30%
***Paused and Tng sets of 5 are the same weight (today was 190lbs, Saturday will be 195lbs)

I go for 6-10 sets of 5 for paused and tng bench combined.

    Example
Tues 190lbs for sets of 5
    Sat 195lbs
    Tues 200lbs
    Sat 205lbsx4 (stall)
    Tues 145lbs
Sat 150lbs... and build back up

the accessories are just there for more volume

    Friday
    Squat 2x3 (two triples)
    Deadlift 1x3-5
    GHR 3x10

    Saturday
    same as Tuesday

365lb TNG at 210lb. Does this make a difference?
I just want a general gauge of where the advice is coming from. Once again, thanks!

EDIT: I haven't picked out my meet yet, but sometime between May 2017 - August 2017.
