    Default Deadlift form check

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    310 x 5 for today's working set, currently on SSLP.

    The weight feels light here, but it looks like my back rounds from the start of the pull. I'm focusing on squeezing my chest up as hard as I can, but my hips still seem to drop a little bit.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
