    Hi-

I'm on my fourth week of SS and could use a form check on my squat.

Below is my final workset from Friday (215x5):

    My observations:
I feel like I'm going deep, but it looks like I'm not breaking parallel. Got to keep the wrists straight.

    Appreciate the input!

These are all at least 2-3 inches too high. Commit to hitting depth. It looks like you are letting your knees cave in, which is hurting your attempt to hit proper depth. So, get your knees out over your toes and hold them there for the bottom half of the squat (on the descent and ascent). Proper depth is the first thing you need to fix. The other main thing to fix is your head position/eye direction; stop looking in the mirror; you are lifting your head as you begin the ascent, and it is interfering with your hip drive. Pick a spot on the floor 3-5 feet in front of you, and keep your eyes focused on that spot for the duration of the movement. Then drive your hips straight up; do not lead with your chest.
