    Hi all,

    Looking for some feedback on my bench. 5'10" 180lb and gaining. Here are my 2nd (side view) and 3rd (top view) sets at 175lb:





    My grip is perhaps on the narrower side though hopefully still within reason. I've found this position most comfortable on my right shoulder, which as a disc golfer gets a lot of stress outside the gym (think pitcher in baseball. It looks like I might have the weight resting too far towards my thumbs; I will have to pay attention to this next session. Thanks for watching!

    Looks pretty good, man. I do see a bit of elevation in your right scapula compared to the left. You can see the bar path is slight higher on your chest with your right hand as a result. Work on trying to put your scaps in your back pockets and lift the chest to the ceiling as much as possible, retracting them into the spine while depressing them. Otherwise, looks good to me.
