    Hey y'all got an updated squat. If you got some time I'd appreciate it if you took a look. To rehash what was said last time:
    A. Knees were shooting back a lot when I began the ascent causing hips to shoot back
    B. Needed more control on descend

    This is my last set at 295 for a set of five.

    Pretty good over all. Hands could be closer together to help keep upper back tight. It will also allow your elbow to drop and not flare up when it gets tough.

    Yeah I been trying to not crank them so much, I'll bring the grip in and see if that helps. Thanks man
