Pretty good over all. Hands could be closer together to help keep upper back tight. It will also allow your elbow to drop and not flare up when it gets tough.
Hey y'all got an updated squat. If you got some time I'd appreciate it if you took a look. To rehash what was said last time:
A. Knees were shooting back a lot when I began the ascent causing hips to shoot back
B. Needed more control on descend
