The bar looks like it's kind of low - what are the diameter of the plates you're using? If these are smaller than "standard", your setup is going be screwy.

You are not getting your low back into consistent extension.

Ditto. This is pretty meaningless until you get the right kind of plates. Either that or pull out of a rack set at the right height.

    Thanks for the reply,

They are smaller than the plates usually used at gyms, so if I understood correctly lifting with small plates is almost similar to trying to pull only the bar from the floor?
As in the starting point and ending point are too low due to the size of the plates, therefore the back isnt consistently extended?

Then how high should the bar be, in order for me to have a decent back extension?

The lack of back extension is generally independent of how high the bar is from the floor. In essence, you are doing a deficit deadlift which has a different set of pulling mechanics from a regular deadlift - but, as with the regular deadlift (and most other barbell lifts), the back should be in extension.

The barbell should be nine inches off the floor.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.
In this video its about 8-9 inches off the floor, the technique seemed more solid in my opinion.
Would appreciate comments or feedback regarding my technique.
