    Yes, the plan is to gain BW. Weight + 10 lbs in ~ 3 months so far.

    Diet and sleep are not optimal due to very long and irregular work hours (>60h/week, days, evenings and nights)

    You definitely still have a good 30+ pounds to go. 10lbs of weight gain in 3 months is not much for a male starting at 141. I would try to buckle down and really try to make an effort at eating more. Drinking your calories (i.e. milk, shakes, etc.) can be a super easy and effective way to get extra calories when time is an issue. There may not be much you can do about your sleep, but even with a busy schedule there is still a lot you can do with diet if you are proactive.

    I know ! The problem is I often barely have the time to pee (literally), so even shakes and milk are very difficult during work hours. Seriously, I'm OK with it taking two years to get to the target weight.

    Again, thanks for the helpful advice, I appreciate a lot.
