You're generally a bit too vertical. Narrow your stance just a bit and then, at the start of your descent, aim your chest toward the ground sooner. You'll probably have an easier time doing this if you squat the other way and face away from the mirror as you won't feel as "crowded".
Agree with the above. Stay in your hips. Nipples pointed at the floor. Turning the other way in the rack is a good suggestion
