    Hi guys,
    Can you please critique, before i move up in weight just want to be sure i have the basics down. This is the 3rd time I've done PC's at 30kg so i feel ready to increase next workout.

    Better to put the video somewhere that people do not have to log into in order to view it if you want pointers.

    Still need to sign in / need permission to view. I'm not terribly familiar with sharing files with Google Drive, but perhaps there is a permission setting you can tick to allow access without permission.
    There are other ways to skin that cat, though. I would put it on Youtube and make it private for everyone that doesn't have the link. Then post the link here.

    I mistyped. Don't set it to private. Set it so that only people with the link can view it.

    Your hips are starting off too low. Set up just like for the deadlift. I can't tell for sure from this angle, but it looks like you're jumping form a position with the bar a little too low.
