    Your back looks to be neutral, but these are much too high to benefit your deadlift IMO. If I may offer a suggestion, set the pins so that the bar is at least an inch or two below the knee. Or, you can do them from mid shin height (my current favorite).

    So I did rack pulls above the knee and it snapped my back up. Now I can't do anything. When my back is a bit better in about 2 weeks I may try it again or something else.
