Right knee is caving in. I can't tell about the left knee, but I bet it is too. These are high. Get your knees out harder and drop your torso in between your thighs.

Great. Thank you. I was focusing so much on keeping my back angle and my chest big that I forgot about the knees. I see the caving clearly.
I had a tough time hitting depth at 133.5, so I reset to 122.5kg today.

Pretty solid. You might be able to get the bar a little lower on your back.
