Nah, I just put all my videos into one to save some time in editing
You need to brace harder. You need to take a deep breath and hold it. You need to flex your quads and your ass. Push your hips forward harder. Press when the weight wants to go up. Keep the bar in your palms. Don't look around you. Just keep looking forward. Don't push your hips back. That's you clearly relaxing. Don't do that.
Make sure to eat about a jillion more calories than you're eating now.
