Squat depth check...
I want to get some feedback and see if I am going low enough with my squats. I also welcome any other feedback, I didn't film from the 45 degree angle because I was mainly worried with recognizing proper depth.

Note that your knees have a tendency to shoot forward at the bottom, similar to example #2. Your butt is following your knees forward and that's throwing everything else off.
