Hey All - Just looking for some feed back on my squat technique. Are my knees to far forward? Am I leaning forward enough? Thanks!

Lower the hooks in the rack at least one notch. Widen your stance. Keep your knees from going so far forward. Film your next video from hip height with the camera in thecrear 45 degree angle.

Make sure your toes are pointed out at about 30-35 degrees and shove your knees out. Catch the bounce out of the bottom and drive your sacrum straight up.

You seem to be oscillating between your toes and heels. I think on the fourth rep, you can actually see your toes come up as you ascend out of the hole. Check out Alan Thrall's video on this issue.
