Notes:
1) First time using weightlifting shoes.
2) This is my 2nd Power Clean workout. On my first PC workout I used the top-down progression Rip uses to teach the PC (SS Channel, Art of Manliness etc.) and titrated the weight to 50x5 (110lbs) just for one set and called it.
3) The plates I'm using are 15kg (30lbs) which are not the standard 45cm (17.5inch) in diameter. That's why the barbell is elevated.
4) Rep 3 set 3 bar slipped from my fingers ( doesn't happen usually )
