Ok,it doesn't look good.At all.Sorry.
At least you can see and recognize that.
So, I think part of this can be fixed by working on your grip. Get more of your palm on the bar and squeeze the bar with your fingers. Pull the bar into your back. This will help make it easier to get bent over from the beginning. Really work on this from the start of your warmups, film them, and watch the film between sets so you can correct things as you go.
Ok,Jeff got it.Thanks a lot for all your help, you guys are really doing a great job with this forum, and I really appreciate that.
Can I ask you if the back angle was good in the first reps, before fatigue kicked in and everything went wrong?
You were upright. I think fixing your grip will help fix that.
Ok,Jeff,I'll fix the grip.I'm already doing that, but it seems like I just can't bend over enough.I'm so frustrated it's not even funny.
I thank you a lot,you really gave me a huuuge help, and for free, but I don't wanna steal your precious time and advice any longer,I know what to do now I just gotta do it.
Lifting is such a cool thing to do,but damn if it can be frustrating from time to time.
I wish you the best.
Well, sir I just did my first correct low bar squat. And it felt damn good.
