    You're hitting depth, but you do have a few issues. Don't lift your head, keep your chest down, etc.

    Any issues you have need to be addressed in order of priority, but another issue is breathing. Assuming the sound of your breathing is in sync on the video, you are breathing in and descending at the same time. You should breathe in deep, hold it, brace abs, THEN descend.

    Charlocity2, thanks for this. I always have my sound muted and had forgotten how much data I miss because of that.

    So what would you concentrate on in order of priority? The head issue I am aware of and am working on by focusing on looking down in front of me. Of course it always looks better without as much weight, and that was with 305, which is my current 5RM. I am not sure how to fix chest position. I know some people use cue of keeping nipples facing down.

    Can you get us a video from the rear 45 degree angle? That'll help.

    Initially, aim your face and chest down and keep them there the whole time.
