Here is my set of deadlifts at 295. I tweaked my low back on this set and have been studying it trying to figure out what i did wrong. I did 290 no problem, and i felt really good up until the moment my lower back spasmed and i dropped the weight. Any advice or thoughts about my form would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your setup is very unorganized and not systematic. You are rushing through the five steps. The bar starts way forward of mid foot and then you roll it towards your knees when you start to pull. But all the while, you keep moving it backwards and forwards, with your shins your hands, etc.

You never really set your back on either of these reps and you are very loose. The second rep where you tweaked yourself, I can just see you releasing any semblance of tightness and control of your back. Hence the zing.

Lose the belt; it is not helping you at this stage.

Follow the five steps to the letter.
