    Breath only when the bar is on the floor. Not at the top

    This is his squat thread Omaha, but yeah on the dead don't release your breath at the top.

    Ok, got it. Hey... do you have a gym you like in Omaha? I go to Prarie life, it’s ok but only 2 power racks and kind of tough to find lifting coaches.

    Don't inhale or exhale until one is fully standing during the squat.

    Pappy, everyone is free to do whatever they wish. If you don't wish to follow the program then don't. But don't complain if people who do the program point out that you are not.

    There's an SSC in Omaha. You would be ahead of the game if you spent a couple of hours with him:

    Did Rip really say, “if you are not wearing shoes, you are not doing the program.”? His advice on shoes seemed more like a guideline than Law. And I don’t mean to complain. I’m just trying to assess how important flooring is, and whether it would be beneficial.
