These are high bar squats, and you're very loose overall.
Are you familiar with the difference between high bar and low bar?
Hi everyone,
I'd really appreciate your tips/feedback on my form. I've been doing SS a couple months and feel like my form is off a lot? Would be very grateful for your advice.

This is a high bar squat with no hip drive, knees way too far forward, balance over the toes, and head in an upright position.
Read again and rework what you're doing.
Also, if you've been doing the program for a couple of months, you should've added about 120 pounds to your squat.
Also, more food.
Jeremy and Michael,
Thank you very much for the feedback. I was aiming for low bar squats but didn't realize I had the bar too high. And re: squat weight I started out low as a skinny rank beginner at 90 lbs and got up to 180, but recently decided to drop down the and revise form which I felt was off. Your feedback helps a lot. I'll review the low bar technique and see if I can find a starting strength coach here in Vancouver.
Best,
Tenzing
It's not just that you're holding the bar too high. The mechanics are those of a high bar squat.
