    I feel like I good morning my squat on the way up and my hips shoot up too quickly.
    I currently do not have effective squat shoes.

    I only watched the last set. You are very, very loose and are squatting upright (not even close to a good morning), and are on your toes/into your knees.

    Can you get a video shot from the rear 45 degree angle, ideally at hip height? Where do you train?

    Any chance you're near an SSC? If not, slow down and think about reaching back with your hips, like a chair is a bit too far away. This should get your chest toward the floor. Try that and re film at a 45 like a Jeff said. There's more but just start with those 2 things.

    Thank you for your feedback. I am not near a SSC however I am looking into possibly purchasing the online coaching program. I tried to focus on pushing my hips back and taking my reps slower. Looking back I think my depth was a bit too high.

    Better work on this (I watched the second video). You have some grip and upper back issues that need to be addressed. Read/watch these: Link 1, Link 2.

    Work on gaining weight, too. That will help immensely.

    Thank you again for your help. I tried focusing on the proud chest cue and other tips found in the article throughout the set. However, after reviewing the video it appears like I had the same problem.
