Squat Form Check
Looks like I am getting much worse depth than I thought.
First time recording, is this angle OK?

You've got a lot going on here. First, are you intentionally trying to do a high bar squat? If not, the bar is way too high on your back.
1. Regardless, the hooks are actually too low in the rack.
2. You should squat from the other direction so the cross brace on the floor isn't in the way.
3. Read/watch and apply everything in these articles/videos: link 1, link 2, link 3.
4. Brace much, much harder.

Thanks Jeff, I was not intentionally going high bar, I will work on bar position.
I usually squat the other direction in rack, but because of the wall I did not have enough distance for the camera. Would this camera angle still be OK if I turned around?

This angle works better for form checks, but from the front angle will work, too.
