You've already identified your biggest problem on these: leg drive. Push into the ground as if you're trying to slide your body along the bench towards your head. Use the weight that is on the bar to hold yourself in place.

1) Started benching in a rack because of too high pins (non adjustable, you can see those on the previous thread)
2) 1st time using belt on the bench press
3) Having a hard time utilizing leg drive to it's fullest

Not really. They look light, so keep adding weight.
